Hard to find people to cut naturally curly hair and I was skeptical but it’s been a month and my hair is still great! Holding off couple weeks for trim and finally found my hometown salon. Ask for Linda as she is incredible with the curls.

Been going to Linda for years now! She is great with my naturally curly hair that I want straight. Fun salon with great people and prices!

Been taking my sons to Linda since they grew enough hair to get it cut. She always does a fantastic job and it’s quite a task with 2 active squirming boys in the chair. She makes us all feel like family and the boys love going to see her for hair cuts! I’d never take them anywhere else!!

  • Kid's Cuts too!

Top notch kids’ haircuts. Hair Suite on the parking lot level at the Sussex House Condos across from Cherry Hill Library.

Linda really talked with me and listen intently when I explained what I was trying to do with my hairstyle. She did a wonderful job and I am thrilled with my cut!

Busy place. You can always tell when a salon is good, everyone is happy and friendly even when it’s busy. The people who work there stay forever. that says a lot.

Linda has been cutting my hair since I was a little girl. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I’ll admit it I was trying to make a hair appointment at another place but they were booked ( and i desperately needed a hair cut) so I called Hair Suite and made an appointment there. When I arrived it’slocation (on the side of a condo building) made me skeptical but I went through with it anyway.

My hairstylist was Burkah..i hope i spelled her name right.. and she was awesome! you know when you go to a stylist and sometimes theres that awkward “so where you from” kinda talk and youre just like..ehh? I could chat and enjoy our conversation with burkah she was really funny. My haircut came out wonderfully and it was so quick! My hair felt awesome I was definitely completely satisfied. The best part is my bill was only like $30! you really cannot beat that for a great haircut and friendly atmopshere.. i’m definitely going back for my second!

I’ve been getting my hair done at the Hair Suite for over ten years now. My mother was a client of a stylist that used to work there, and took me as a young teenager when I decided I wanted to dye my hair. In the years I’ve been a client my hair has gone from near platinum blonde to black and back to blonde, from elbow length to chin length and I have never ever left unhappy.

Linda (a stylist and also the owner) is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and does a seriously fantastic job on my hair. She is straightforward and will let you know what is possible to accomplish in one session and will work with you to get the look you want. A few years back I got a little too friendly with my flat iron and broke off a giant chunk of hair right near my face. Linda gave me a cut that helped to blend it as it grew out and no one could even tell it was there! She is also great with color — I get tons of compliments on my hair and owe it all to her. Back when myspace was the thing, someone found a picture of me and coincidentally brought it into the Hair Suite asking for my cut/color.

As far as price — I can’t commit to a hairstyle or color for more than six months, so the price changes per visit but I don’t think I have ever paid more than 160 including tip (cut, single process color, highlight, style). I moved to Philadelphia in 2007 and am in close proximity to several “high end” salons and still drive back to Cherry Hill to get my hair done. As long as they are open, I will continue to get my hair done at Hair Suite.

Don’t let the location or the fact that a big portion of the clientele are older women deter you — I’ll be honest, I am in my early-mid twenties and am almost always the youngest person in the salon. The atmosphere is a little lacking and the salon looks a little dated, but to be honest if these women operated out of a warehouse I wouldn’t even care. They are that good!
